On this 4 day tour you get the best of both worlds by spending some time in our custom designed adventure truck (excellent photo opportunities from a high vantage point) and the rest of the time in an open topped safari vehicle specifically designed for Kruger game viewing. Experience the thrill of being on safari, observing the big 5 as well as zebras, giraffe and rhinos and be inspired by an authentically African atmosphere in the largest game reserve in South Africa. Kruger is larger than some small countries in Europe and is just less than two million hectares of conservation area. There will be early morning game walks, evening game drives and before returning back to Johannesburg, we will visit the Panorama Route and view Gods Window, Bourke’s Luck Potholes and the Three Rondavels – all part of the World Heritage Blyde River Canyon. The Blyde River Canyon is the third largest canyon in the world. As you follow the winding path, you have to stop and stare in wonder at the astonishing panoramic views below, as the sheer edges of the cliff drop down 800m into the river below.

This 9 day tour will take you from Victoria Falls in Zimbabwe to Chobe National Park and the Okavango Delta in Botswana.

The Okavango and Chobe Trail tour begins in Victoria Falls where you can try whitewater rafting, bungee jumping or visit the markets and enjoy the spectacular views of Victoria Falls National Park. We head to Chobe National Park in Botswana where we take a river cruise to watch elephants playing in and crossing the river only meters away. This evening, take the opportunity to pack a small bag for your Okavango Delta experience. This unique and unusual ecosystem sees the annual flood waters of the Okavango River fan out into the sands of the Kalahari Basin. The seasonality of the flood waters lends the Delta its ever changing character. While water levels may fluctuate the tranquillity of this wilderness area remains constant. In the Delta you can photograph hippos and crocodiles from your Mokoro (dugout canoe) before we head to Khama Rhino Sanctuary where we will partake in a game drive. Befour our tour ends in Johannesburg, we make a visit to the Kalahari Desert, home to the San people. Our stay here will present us with the opportunity to learn more about these fascinating people and how they survive in the Kalahari Desert. Masai Mara and Gorillas 2018

We leave the capital of Nairobi and travel to the Masai Mara National Park, world renowned for its endless plains of wild animals and spectacular beauty. The rolling grasslands of the Masai Mara offer ideal game viewing and photographic opportunities. Some of the other animals that could be found here include elephant, black rhino, buffalo, leopard, cheetah, wildebeest, zebra and gazelle. Hippo and crocodile abound in the muddy brown waters of the rivers, which traverse this reserve. We take in the spectacle of Lake Nakuru National Park – a great place to spot flamingos. We then cross into Uganda where you can explore Kampala or visit a Chimpanzee sanctuary. After a visit to the Murchison Falls National Park we’ll head up to Budongo Forest, the biggest Mahogany forest found in East Africa and is home to the largest number of chimpanzees throughout Uganda. We will meet up with our chimp guide who will take us on our trek through the forest in search of the chimps. Our next stop is at Lake Bunyon where we prepare for the upcoming Gorilla trekking excursion. The mountain gorilla is extremely endangered and visiting them is a great way to ensure their survival as each permit raises money for their conservation.
