Overview

Immerse yourself in an African spectacle of a lifetime, as our Delta & Chobe Trail Safari Tour comes to life, embarking from the soul-stirring Zimbabwean locale, Victoria Falls, locally revered as “Mosi-oa Tunya” – the smoke that thunders. Beyond the rush of the falls, a Pandora’s box of thrills await, from the spine-tingling bungee jumps, the adrenaline-fueled white water rafting, to the tranquil exploration of artisanal wooden crafts at bustling local markets.

Our journey next unfurls as we enter The Kavango-Zambezi Transfrontier Conservation Area (KAZA), which is a remarkable cross-border conservation initiative, merging the territories of five African nations, as we head into the untouched wilds of Botswana. We navigate away from Victoria Falls, crossing over the border and penetrating the core of Botswana to nestle alongside the Chobe National Park’s serene banks. As part of our adventure, you’ll be cocooned in a river safari cruise, basking in the African sunset’s golden hues while comfortably ensconced on a river boat. Keep your eyes wide for a friendly tête-à-tête with a hippo or an elephant, and don’t forget the fluttering birdlife that adds a vibrant splash to the skies.

Chobe National Park is an explorer’s elysium, divided into four distinct sections that each hold unique wonders. Leaving behind Kasane for the Makgadikgadi Pans, we then swap our truck for the thrill of open 4×4 safari vehicles, rolling into the sprawling vistas of the Moremi Game Reserve. From the comfort of these sturdy beasts, you’ll encounter the park’s rich biodiversity up-close, basking in a full day of unparalleled safari drive viewing.

Our tour meanders next to the Khwai Conservation Area, where we anchor for two nights amidst the whispering savannah. We’ll seek out the noble beasts that grace these plains, adding an element of suspense to the adventure.

Prepare to be entranced by the jewel of Botswana, the unparalleled Okavango Delta, one of the world’s most extraordinary wilderness areas. Here we’ll trace the paths of the hippos in traditional dugout canoes, or ‘mokoros’, and journey on foot across the islands, soaking up the delta’s ethereal beauty. The Okavango Delta stands as an unmissable chapter in the book of Botswana.

Our trail blazes forth to Kavango River & Etosha National Park, a highlight to our journey. Our tour ends in the vibrant and contrasting cityscape of Windhoek, Namibia’s bustling capital.

Ready for a rollercoaster ride of African discovery and enchantment? The Delta & Chobe Trail Safari Tour awaits. Adventure is not a place; it’s a journey. Let us guide you through yours.
