Black Friday Sale 2024: Terms and Conditions
- Only listed tours qualify for the “Black Friday Sale”
- Travel only on the selected tour departure dates listed – no exceptions
- The Black Friday Sale will officially open at 07h00 (CAT) Monday 18th November 2024 and will run until Monday, 2nd December 2024, 18h00 (CAT)
- Provisional bookings will only be valid for 7 days – no extensions will be permitted. Please note your expiry date provided by our consultant to avoid automatic expiration.
- Any provisional booking received on Friday 29th November 2024 will only be valid for 48 hours under the Black Friday deal
- Confirmation must be received within the 7 days, failure to send confirmation within 7 days will result in standard rack rates being applied to the booking
- Any provisional booking not confirmed by 17h00 (CAT) on the 2nd December will not be extended under the Black Friday deal
- Discount applicable on tour price only (excludes single supplements, gorilla permits, chimp permits, pre / post tour services and/or any other related costs other than the tour price)
- No block booking of seats permitted
- Full name, surname of all guests to be supplied at the time of requests, no bookings will be accepted without full guest details.
- A maximum of 2 seats will be allowed on Black Friday Special per departure date. First come, first serve policy applies
- If a booking consisting of 3+ guests is received, the Black Friday special will only be applied to the first 2 seats, the 3rd seat will be charged standard rack rates
Cancellation/Moving Terms
- If a booking purchased on the Black Friday sale needs to be moved, the value will apply to your new booking. The discount deal will not apply. The published price, less the value of what you paid, will be applied.
- The discount is linked to specific departure period
- Subject to availability/ minimum numbers apply to confirm departures
- Only valid on new bookings received. Existing bookings will not be considered for this deal
- Deal can be applied to an active existing provisional booking who asks for the deal
- Cannot be used in conjunction with another deal or discount
- Existing November specials will fall away as of 18th November 2024 07h00 and will no longer be valid (CAT)
- Standard Nomad booking terms & conditions will be applied to all Black Friday sales including cancellations policy.
